Technical answers and procurement guides for the modern East African farmer.

Logistics & Delivery

How do you handle heavy machinery delivery?

For large items like Feed Mixers and 5280-egg incubators, we use specialized freight partners across East Africa. Delivery within Kenya takes 1-3 business days. Regional delivery (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda) typically takes 5-7 business days.

Is insurance included during transport?

Yes. All high-value agricultural equipment is fully insured against damage or loss during transit until it reaches your specified farm location.

Technical & Power

Can the incubators handle power fluctuations?

Most of our commercial units are compatible with AC/DC power. However, for 220V exclusive units, we highly recommend using a surge protector or stabilizer, which we also provide in our spares section.

Do you provide installation services?

Absolutely. For large-scale battery cages and feed plants, our engineering team provides on-site installation services across the region. Smaller units come with step-by-step video guides.

Warranties & Spares

What is the warranty on incubators?

Our fully automatic incubators come with a 1-year comprehensive manufacturer warranty covering the controller, heating elements, and turning motors.

Are spare parts readily available?

Yes. We maintain a local inventory of rollers, dies, fans, and sensors at our Nairobi warehouse to ensure zero downtime for your farm.

Payments & Financing

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept M-Pesa (via Daraja), Bank Transfers, and all major Credit/Debit cards. For large industrial setups, we can discuss structured payment plans.

Can I get a formal quotation for a bank loan?

Yes. You can request a pro-forma invoice via our contact page, which is recognized by most major banks and agricultural lending institutions in Kenya.

Our engineering team is available for real-time video diagnostics and farm visit scheduling.
